NIFTY DOWN 700 POINTS. WHAT'S NEXT?

NIFTY CLOSED DOWN ALMOST 700 POINTS IN TODAY'S TRADING SESSION. WE THINK THAT AFTER SUCH A STEEP DOWNSLIDE THERE SHOULD BE SOME DECENT AMOUNT OF PULL BACK. OUR LAST TARGET IN NIFTY WAS AT 5163 WHICH GOT ACHIEVED YESTERDAY. A DAY BEFORE, WE RECOMMENDED TO LONG NIFTY ABOVE 5168 WITH A STOPLOSS OF 5068 FOR A TARGET OF 5288, 5333, 5368, 5443, 5488, 5513 AND 5568. BUT THAT TRADE DIDN'T MATERIALISE AT ALL.

WE NOW RECOMMEND TO LONG NIFTY ABOVE 4965 WITH A STOPLOSS OF 4890 FOR A TARGET OF 5038, 5063 AND 5088. BUT DO TAKE LONG POSITIONS ONLY AFTER 10:00 A.M. TOMORROW MORNING.
